These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of MilestoneGlow ("Service"), operated by the MilestoneGlow team ("we", "us", "our") at milestoneglow.com.
By creating an account or using MilestoneGlow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
MilestoneGlow is a web-based tool that allows users to create animated milestone and stats videos. The Service includes:
- Access to animated video templates
- Data import from third-party APIs (GitHub, YouTube, TrustMRR, Reddit)
- Client-side MP4/WebM video export
- Account management and export history
- Free, Pro, and Lifetime subscription plans
2. Account Registration
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use MilestoneGlow. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
2.2 Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must provide a valid email address
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@milestoneglow.com
- We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your negligence
2.3 One Account Per User
Each person may maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.
3. Plans and Pricing
3.1 Free Plan
- 5 video exports per month
- Watermark added to all exports
- Access to 3 basic templates
- 1:1 aspect ratio only
- No payment required
3.2 Pro Plan — $5/month
- Unlimited video exports
- No watermark
- All templates including Pro templates
- All aspect ratios (1:1, 9:16, 16:9)
- All 6 font options
- Billed monthly, cancel anytime
- Access continues until end of billing period after cancellation
3.3 Lifetime Plan — $19 one-time
- Everything in Pro, permanently
- One-time payment, never billed again
- All future templates included
- No expiration date
- Non-transferable to another account
3.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change Pro monthly pricing with 30 days notice. Lifetime plan pricing is locked at time of purchase and will never increase for existing lifetime customers.
4. Payment Terms
- All payments are processed by DodoPayments
- Prices are in USD
- Pro plan is billed monthly on the date of subscription
- Failed payments may result in downgrade to Free plan
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for Pro subscriptions
- We do not store your payment card information
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use MilestoneGlow to:
- Create content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or harassing
- Violate any third party's intellectual property rights
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
- Create multiple accounts to bypass export limits
- Use automated scripts or bots to generate exports in bulk
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Your Content
You retain full ownership of the videos you create using MilestoneGlow. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.
6.2 Our Content
MilestoneGlow, its templates, animations, code, design, and branding are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our platform.
6.3 Watermark
Free plan exports include a "Create yours → milestoneglow.com" watermark. You may not remove or obscure this watermark on free plan exports. Pro and Lifetime users may export without watermark.
7. Third-Party Integrations
MilestoneGlow integrates with third-party APIs (GitHub, YouTube, TrustMRR, Reddit). By using these integrations, you also agree to those platforms' terms of service. We are not responsible for:
- Changes to third-party APIs that affect our Service
- Accuracy of data returned by third-party APIs
- Downtime or rate limits imposed by third-party services
8. Service Availability
- We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
- We are not liable for losses caused by Service downtime
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- MilestoneGlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim
- We are not responsible for the content of videos you create
10. Termination
10.1 By You
You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Pro subscriptions should be cancelled before deletion to avoid further charges.
10.2 By Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Abuse the free export limit system
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Export history may be deleted after 30 days.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of your jurisdiction.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email for significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
