We want you to be completely satisfied with MilestoneGlow. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued.

1. Our Commitment

We stand behind our product. If MilestoneGlow does not work as described, we will make it right — either by fixing the issue or issuing a full refund.

2. Free Plan

The Free plan has no payment and therefore no refund policy applies.

3. Pro Monthly Plan — $5/month

3.1 Cancellation

• You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your dashboard
• After cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made after cancellation

4. Lifetime Plan — $19 one-time (Launch Offer)

4.1 General Policy

The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment for permanent access. Due to the nature of lifetime deals, we have a limited refund window.

The Lifetime plan is priced at $19 — significantly below the equivalent annual Pro cost of $60/year. This price reflects early adopter trust. The 7-day window gives you enough time to fully test the product before committing.

• Use the Free plan first — test all core features before upgrading
• Check browser compatibility — works on Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari 15.2+
• Contact us at support@milestoneglow.com with any questions before purchasing

5. Refund Process

Once a refund is approved:

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Processed via DodoPayments
• Typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank
• You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued
• Your account will be downgraded to Free plan upon refund

6. Exceptions — No Refund Situations

We do not offer refunds in these situations:

• You violated our Terms of Service
• Your account was suspended for abuse
• You simply changed your mind after the refund window
• You purchased the wrong plan (we can upgrade/downgrade instead)
• Partial month usage on Pro (cancel to avoid next charge instead)

7. Disputes and Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks take weeks to resolve and result in automatic account suspension.

If you have a legitimate concern, email support@milestoneglow.com and we will resolve it quickly — usually within 24 hours.

Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account termination.
